Each subdivision in Inverness is governed by its own covenants and is subject to unique architectural control compliance. Click on the links below to view subdivision covenants and architectural requirements for each neighborhood. These can also be accessed from each community’s home page.
Inverness Covenants
Inverness was developed as a community of high quality single-family homes, town homes, apartments, commercial real estate and a Class A office building complex. Each neighborhood has been developed with homes of a similar price range to appeal to families of a variety of incomes.
Purpose of Covenants
Our community and its neighborhoods were developed as a covenant community to protect property values of homeowners’ investments, preserve the forested aesthetic setting of the community and maintain the architectural character of each neighborhood.

Covenant Administration
The Inverness Master Homeowners Association (IMHA) employs Associa McKay Management to manage the covenants. Authorization is required from the Architectural Control Committee before any modifications are made to the exterior of a home or the home’s landscape. Before you begin your project, you must obtain written approval by contacting:
